Lifetime Guarantee

Every Fidget Company set is machined from solid metal and meant to sit on a desk for decades. Members of our list get that promise in writing: the Lifetime Guarantee.

What it covers

If any piece of a set you bought from thefidgetcompany.com stops working as it should under normal use — a bearing that no longer spins freely, a magnet that comes loose, a hinge that binds, a finish that fails — we will repair or replace that piece free of charge, for as long as you own the set. If the piece is no longer made, we will replace it with the closest current equivalent.

Who is covered

The guarantee applies to the original owner, for orders placed on thefidgetcompany.com with the email address that is on our list. Join the list before or after your order — as long as the email matches, you are covered. Sets bought through other retailers or marketplaces are covered by those sellers' own return policies.

What it does not cover

Loss or theft, intentional damage, modification, or ordinary cosmetic wear such as light surface marks and patina that come with daily handling. Pieces that have been dropped on hard floors are usually fine — if one isn't, write to us anyway and we'll look at it.

How to make a claim

Email info@thefidgetcompany.com with your order number (or the email used at checkout), a short description, and a photo or video of the issue. We reply within two business days. Replacement pieces ship free within the United States; outside the U.S. we cover the piece and ask you to cover shipping.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders, but a set that is covered stays covered under the terms that applied when it was ordered.
